It could be called the "kissing bug" disease, after the parasite that causes it, and about as many people have heard about it as had heard of Ebola before the tropical scourge arrived in Dallas recently. The kissing bug disease - or, more precisely, Chagas disease - is not as horrifying as Ebola, but it affects some 300,000 Americans.
